Title: Lemon Herb Vinegarette (ft. Binske Lemon Oil)
- 2 Lemons, juiced
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- ½ tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp each: finely chopped
– Parsley
– Thyme
– Tarragon
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Binske Lemon Oil, as directed.
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients except oils in a metal mixing bowl.
- Slowly drizzle oil in while mixing with a whisk to incorporate all ingredients thoroughly.]
- To medicate, add as many droppers of Binske Lemon oil as you feel comfortable with. Each dropper is approx. 10 mg THC. Start low and work your way up! You can always add more oil, but you can’t take oil away when you’ve ingested to much. This step is up to the reader. I suggest using 4 droppers as someone with a relatively high tolerance.
- Season with salt and cracked black pepper to tase.
Salad Pairing:
- Arugula
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Parmesan Cheese
- Sliced Red Onion
- Garlic Croutons.
Combine all ingredients, dress with above dressing.
