Billing Policy

Note: To save your appointment we require a deposit fee of $50 paid ahead of time with a debit or credit card. Your confirmation email will have the appointment date, time and location. You will also receive an email with a link for your intake forms.

GENERAL BILLING
Usage of BudDocs, LLC professional services constitutes customer’s acceptance of BudDocs, LLC billing policy, and all customers must comply with this billing policy.


SERVICES
Services provided by BudDocs, LLC include: 1. In-person physician exam with a Florida certified physician MD/DO; 2. Renewal of recommendations every 70 days for a maximum period of 210 days (7months); 3. Email, text, and phone customer service support regarding certification, order change requests, appointment scheduling; and 4. General customer service questions.


PAYMENT METHODS
BudDocs, LLC accepts payments via credit/debit card. BudDocs, LLC currently accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover and VISA credit/debit cards.

 

CANCELLATION PROCESS
An appointment cancellation can be made by managing your appointment online. This can be accessed through your booking confirmation e-mails.

Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a chargeback, BudDocs, LLC may assess a $25.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback.

 

Regarding Cancelling your appointment:
Cancellation within 24 hours of your physician appointment: BudDocs, LLC may assess a $50.00 office cancellation fee if not notified within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment date.

Don’t wait until the last day if need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment we will not charge you.

 

BILLING DISPUTES
Each BudDocs, LLC customer agrees to provide BudDocs, LLC 30 days to attempt settlement of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit/debit card company or bank. Should BudDocs, LLC receive a chargeback from a third-party credit/debit card company or bank on the customer’s behalf before BudDocs, LLC has been given a chance to resolve the issue, BudDocs, LLC has the right to charge the customer for its time spent in resolving such disputes and any associated fees incurred by BudDocs, LLC, in addition to the $25 chargeback fee mentioned above. Regardless of the outcome of the chargeback, BudDocs, LLC retains the right to collect on any Services or Fees that are due. BudDocs, LLC may submit any disputed amounts to a collection agency. Once a chargeback has been received, BudDocs, LLC has the right to suspend the account until the matter is resolved.


REFUNDS
If you do not receive a recommendation by the physician MD/DO your account will be credited in full within three to five business days. Please note that not qualifying for a “smokable route” per state guidelines will not result in a refund of professional services provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We aim to be as transparent as possible with our refund policy. It is as follows:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of joining our services — 100% refund
  • Cancel after 24 hours – 100% refund minus $25 fee.
  • Reschedule/no-show/cancel an appointment less than 24 hours prior* – $50 fee no refunded.
  • Once a recommendation is issued after your exam, our services are non-refundable in any way.
